Bryan Adams Gives Energetic Live Performance at London’s Prestigious Royal Albert Hall

Few names of 1980s rock music are more iconic than Bryan Adams, and the singer, songwriter, and guitarist proved exactly why this is the case with a recent performance of his rousing hit ‘Summer of ‘69’ at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall. Adams absolutely smashed every aspect of the performance, looking as though he’d hardly aged at all as he jumped around the stage and delivered note-perfect vocals.

Over two million people have watched the performance in the few months since the video was uploaded, and it’s little wonder that many of these people have rushed to the video’s comment section to leave words of praise for their hero. In fact, his setlist was packed with hits, including this tender version of one of his most popular tracks, the power ballad ‘Everything I Do (I Do It For You)’, which broke records at the time of its release for how long it remained at the top of the charts in the UK.

Whether you’re a fan of Bryan Adams or not, you have to admit that he still has a certain magic about him when it comes to live performances. Not only have songs such as ‘Everything I Do’ and ‘Summer of ‘69’ stood the test of time, but his voice and stage presence have held up brilliantly, to the extent that it’s difficult to believe Adams is well into his 60s now, and no longer the youthful-looking performer that we knew so well in the 1980s.
